By placing an order with TEJEN-COLLECTION.COM you agree to accept our terms and conditions. Terms and conditions may change at any time, only the most recent version of these terms and conditions will be considered valid. Please check our terms and conditions before ordering products. GENERAL INFORMATION

The following terms and conditions apply when purchasing items from TEJEN-COLLECTION.COM. Your purchases are for your private use only and are not for resale. If you are under eighteen years of age, you may only use this site under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. You guarantee all details provided to TEJEN-COLLECTION.COM in the purchasing of TEJEN fine jewelry are true, accurate, current and complete in all respects; and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own with sufficient funds to cover payment of the product(s) ordered. You are responsible for all actions taken under the username and password that you create to purchase from TEJEN-COLLECTION.COM. You may not transfer or sell your username, nor permit, either directly or indirectly, anyone to use your username or password. It is your responsibility to immediately inform TEJEN-COLLECTION.COM if there are any changes to your details. Using a false name or a known invalid credit card is a crime and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. TEJEN-COLLECTION.COM reserves the right to end our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately upon breach of any of our terms and conditions or if we suspect you have engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity on TEJEN-COLLECTION.COM. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order placed.

ORDERING

Orders may be placed online at TEJEN-COLLECTION.COM at any time. If an item is in stock and available for shipping it will be delivered immediately. Made to order items are made for you and delivered within 8 weeks. TEJEN reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of our terms and conditions. If you have a question regarding availability, sizing, customization, or a special request please contact our concierge services at CONCIERGE@TEJEN-COLLECTION.COM. When placing an order, you agree that all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description. All prices listed on TEJEN-COLLECTION.COM are correct at the time of entering the information; however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and TEJEN-COLLECTION.COM until we accept your order and confirm it by email. This confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided on your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, total costs and the expected delivery time. If confirmation details are not correct, please contact us as soon as possible. In the rare case your order is not accepted, we will email you with an explanation.

PAYMENT

We accept most major credit and debit cards. Alternatively, you can pay over the telephone, please email CONCIERGE@TEJEN-COLLECTION.COM your contact details and your request. All Credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING AN ORDER

​

You may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to the product you do not wish to purchase in your shopping basket. If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours. Any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account.

DELIVERY

​

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if your order is of a high value. Please be aware that all orders will require a signature on delivery.

INTERNATIONAL POLICY

​

If your delivery address is outside of the United States, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. For all orders shipping outside of the United States the ship-to recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Please note we are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees, we suggest contacting your local government. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

EXCHANGING AN ORDER

​

TEJEN-COLLECTION.COM will exchange products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is in our error within 14 days from the date of dispatch. We kindly ask that you return items in their original TEJEN packaging. Please contact CONCIERGE@TEJEN-COLLECTION.COM to discuss your claim.

REPAIRS  |  WARRANTY

​

If you should experience the need for repair on any piece of TEJEN fine jewelry purchased on TEJEN-COLLECTION.COM please contact CONCIERGE@TEJEN-COLLECTION.COM. TEJEN guarantees a warranty period of 12 Months from the date of purchase. Repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required to validate the warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for current branded products only. Warranty only covers damages that are not caused by accident, inappropriate use or normal wear and tear.  All items outside the Warranty period will incur an additional charge.
